摘要
液控单向阀的性能指标直接决定液压支架卸载性能的优劣。通过对FDY480/50型液控单向阀结构、工作原理的介绍,利用AMESim16.0软件搭建了该型号液控单向阀的液压仿真模型,并对该单向阀进行了工作特性分析。仿真结果表明,随着大阀芯活塞杆直径的减小,该型号液控单向阀正向开启压力将降低;随着小阀芯弹簧腔活塞杆直径的增大,该型号液控单向阀反向开启压力将降低。
The breaking performance index of hydraulic support is directly determined by the hydraulic operated check valve. Introduced the hydraulic operated check valve structure and working principle of FDY480/50, the model of hydraulic operated check valve was built with AMESim16.0 software,and the working characteristics of the hydraulic operated check valve were analyzed. The simulation results show that the cracking pressure of positive direction of the hydraulic operated check valve will decreases with the diameter of the piston rod decreases, and the cracking pressure of reverse direction of the hydraulic operated check valve will decreases with the increase of the diameter of the piston rod in small spool spring chamber.
