湿式离合器中摩擦片油槽间距对表面温升和应力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 针对软启动器中湿式离合器摩擦片的失效问题,建立摩擦副混合摩擦阶段热结构耦合物理模型,利用有限元方法对带有同心圆式油槽的摩擦片在混合摩擦过程中的温度场以及应力场进行分析。在相同工况下对比分析不同油槽间距对摩擦片温度场以及应力场的影响,研究发现,随着油槽间距的增加,摩擦片的最大表面温度降低,摩擦片的最大应力值降低。研究结果对湿式离合器中摩擦片的油槽设计具有十分重要的作用。 Aiming at the failure of wet clutch friction disc in soft starter, a coupled physical model of thermal structure in the mixed friction stage of friction pair was established. The temperature field and stress field of friction disc with concentric circular tank in mixed friction process were analyzed by finite element method. Comparing and analyzing the influence of different oil groove spacing on temperature field and stress field of friction disc under the same working condition. It was found that the maximum surface temperature and the maximum stress of the friction disc decrease with the increase of the oil groove spacing. The research results play an important role in the oil tank design of friction disc in wet clutch.
