矿用大流量乳化液泵卸荷阀工作性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过对矿用大流量乳化液泵卸荷阀工作原理的分析,借助AMESim软件搭建了包含3柱塞乳化液泵、蓄能器、卸荷阀及负载节流阀的液压系统模型;分析了先导阀弹簧预压缩力及负载节流阀通径对卸荷阀压力调节性能的影响。仿真结果表明:随着先导阀弹簧预压缩力的下降,系统最高压力逐渐降低、压力调整区间逐渐减小、压力调整周期逐渐缩短;随着负载节流阀通径的增大,卸荷阀压力调整周期缩短、压力波动次数增多。 Through the operation principle analysis of the unloading valve in large flow rate emulsion pump used in coal mine, the hydraulic system model which consist of the emulsion pump with 3 plungers, the accumulator and the loading throttle valve was built based on AMESim software;effects of the pre-compression force of the pilot valve spring and the diameter of the loading throttle valve on the pressure regulation performance of the unloading valve were analyzed. The simulation show that with the decrease of the pre-compression force of the pilot valve spring, the maximum pressure of the system and the pressure adjustment interval both decreases gradually, and the pressure adjustment period shortens gradually;with the increase of the diameter of the loading throttle, the pressure adjustment cycle of unloading valve shortens and the number of pressure fluctuations increases.
