摘要
对YTS600E+30CrMnSi异种钢焊接的焊接性进行了分析,利用舍夫勒图对比了几种常用的焊接材料,通过对熔合比和焊接效率的比较分析,从中选取了最佳的焊接材料。为YTS600E异种钢焊接接头在液压支架上的应用提供了经验。
The weldability of YTS600E +30CrMnSi dissimilar steel welding was analyzed. Several commonly used welding materials were compared by Schaeffler diagram. The best welding materials were selected by comparing the fusion ratio and welding efficiency. Experience in the application of YTS600E dissimilar steel welded joints on hydraulic supports was provided.
