随钻掏穴增透技术在瓦斯抽采穿层钻孔中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 针对穿层钻孔煤层段扩孔掏穴施工时需要二次下钻、施工工序复杂、施工周期长等问题,研制了一种随钻扩孔掏穴PDC钻头,并在九里山矿进行了现场试验,钻头累计施工钻孔2个,累计孔深48m,煤层段掏穴扩孔施工17.4m,累计出煤量约20t。试验结果表明:在穿层钻孔施工时,随钻扩孔掏穴PDC钻头可实现穿层钻孔与煤层段扩孔掏穴的一次性施工,简化了施工工序,缩短了施工周期,使用效果良好。 In view of the problems of the complex construction procedure and long construction period while secondary drilling in borehole, a kind of PDC bit for borehole while drilling and digging hole was developed, and field tests were carried out in Jiulishan coal mine. There were two drilling holes with a total depth of 48 m and 17.4 m in coal seam digging and reaming, the cumulative amount of coal was about 20 t. The test results show that PDC bit can realize one-time construction of borehole while digging and reaming,simplify construction process, shorten construction period and have good application effect.
