摘要
针对煤矿井下刮板输送机的运行工况以及传统驱动系统存在的一些问题,分析了将高效节能的永磁同步电机及其变频系统应用于刮板输送机上的可行性及优势,进一步提出并解决了应用过程中的几项技术难点。目前受各方面条件制约,永磁变频驱动系统还未能在刮板输送机上实际应用,通过深入分析和结构设计,促使其尽快实现,以期显著提高井下输送设备的生产效率。
Aiming at the operation condition of scraper conveyor in coal mine and some problems existing in traditional drive system, the feasibility and advantages of applying high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor and its frequency conversion system to scraper conveyor were analyzed. Further, several technical difficulties in application process were put forward and solved. At present, due to various constraints, the permanent magnet frequency conversion driving system has not been applied in the scraper conveyor. Try to promote to achieve it as soon as possible through in-depth analysis and structural design, in order to significantly improve the production efficiency of underground conveyor equipment.
