摘要 为了实现朱集西煤矿井下水泵控制的自动化与智能化,保证排水系统的正常运行,设计了一种基于西门子S7-300 PLC以及iFIX5.5组态软件的井下排水集控系统.该系统可在水泵运行温度达到90℃时自行换泵,同时使用了针对负压限值参数设置的智能调节方法,依据不同的情况采用不同的负压限值进行开泵.该系统避免了由于水泵超温故障导致的排水停滞,并且避免了开泵或换泵时多次调整负压限值的繁琐操作. For realizing the automation and intellectualization of pump control in Zhujixi coal mine and guaranteeing the normal operation of drainage system,designed a system of drainage pump house based on SIEMENS S7-300 PLC and configuration software of iFIX5.5. This system can change the water pumps automatically when the operating temperature of the pump reaches 90 ℃. Meanwhile the system can use different limit value of subatmospheric pressure to turn on pumps under lots of situations by adopting intelligent adjustment of subatmospheric pressure limit. The system avoids the stagnation of drainage caused by the over-temperature fault of the pump, and avoids the tedious operation of adjusting the subatmospheric limit many times when the pump is turned on or replaced.
