Some Thoughts on the Weak Legal Awareness of the Farmers in China

提升我国农民的法律意识和素养,是深入推进建设社会主义新农村建设的重要举措,对于建设社会主义法治农村,全面推进依法治国具有重要战略意义。本文从分析我国农民法律意识现状入手,旨在探索出一条适合我国基本国情的社会主义农村法治建设道路,提升农民法律意识。

Promoting farmers' legal awareness is an important step to further promote the construction of a new socialist countryside, which is of great strategic significance for building a socialist countryside ruled by law and comprehensively promoting the rule of law. This paper aims to explore a road of building socialist countryside under the rule of law ,which is suitable to the basic national conditions of our country, to promote farmers’legal awareness.
