摘要 该文对某型机飞控系统中双液压余度并联作动筒的密封接触进行了仿真分析研究。应用有限元接触分析的方法,分析了不同密封间隙、密封支撑结构形式和支撑圈布置的并联作动筒在受装配误差和力纷争影响时,活塞及其摩擦配对零件间接触应力的变化规律。仿真分析结果指导了并联作动筒的密封结构设计,并通过试验进行了验证,有效解决了作动筒活塞表面快速磨损导致的漏油问题。 In this paper, the seal contact of a parallel cylinder in a certain flight control system is studied. Based on finite element contact analysis method, the contact stress between the piston and its friction pair parts with different seal gap, seal support structure and the supporting ring was analyzed when affected by assembly error and force between the pistons. The simulation results guided the design of the sealing structure of the parallel cylinder, which was verified by test. The oil leakage problem caused by the rapid wear of the piston surface was solved.
