LVDT传感器在2D压力伺服阀中的应用

摘要 通过分析2D压力伺服阀结构及工作原理、LVDT传感器原理及调理电路,理论计算出二维活塞输出位移与输出压力的关系。比较实测压力值与计算压力值,得出结论:二维活塞输出位移与输出压力之间是线性关系。通过LVDT传感器闭环控制二维活塞输出位移,提高2D压力伺服阀压力输出的准确性和稳定性。 The relationship between the two dimensional piston displacement and the output pressure is obtained by calculating of the structure and working principle of 2D pressure servo valve and the principle and conditioning circuit of the LVDT sensor. The conclusion is that there is a linear relationship between the two dimensional piston displacement and the output pressure by comparing the measured pressure values with the calculated pressure values. The LVDT sensor is used to closed-loop control the displacement of the two dimensional piston output to improve the accuracy and stability of the pressure output of 2D pressure servo valve.
