摘要 随着电液比例控制技术的发展,对应常规液压控制阀,一般都有相应的电液比例阀。该文介绍一种在常规6通径叠加式减压阀的基础上改进而来的三通比例减压阀,此阀采用先导式结构,通过比例电磁铁控制先导阀压力,并在先导控制部分加入流量稳定器,保证比例减压功能的稳定性和精确性。此阀采用开环控制系统和力控制型比例电磁铁。 With the development of elector-hydraulic proportional contorl technology, there are generaly corresesponding elector-hydraulic proportional valves corresponding to conventional hydraulic control valves. This paper introduces a three-way proportional pressure reducing valve which is improved on the basis of the conventional 6-diameter superposition pressure reducing valve. This valve adopts the pilot structure, controls the pressure of the pilo valve through the proportional electormagent, and adds a constant flow gauge in the pilot contor part to ensure the stability and accuracy of theproportional pressure reducing function. This valve uses the open loop control system, the electromagent control proportional electromagnet.
