底卸式矿车液压清车系统的设计应用与优化

摘要 矿山采用底卸式矿车运输矿料过程中,由于矿料粘底导致卸载困难、矿车装载率降低等问题,严重影响正常生产。经工程技术人员设计专用液压清车系统,解决了原有问题,提高了矿车装载率及运输效率,避免了作业安全风险。但是,在使用中发现,原设计存在自锁效果不好、作业时噪声大、产生液压冲击等不足之处。通过现场观察液压清车全过程,以及对液压系统原理、液压元件结构等方面进行分析研究、找出了问题所在。采用平衡回路,对原有液压清车系统进行优化设计,满足了实际生产使用要求。 In the process of ore material transportation by bottom dump car, the ore material is featured by large stickiness, which makes it hard to upload and reduces efficiency, thus having a bad effect on production. Thanks to the special hydraulic cleaning system designed by researchers, the loading rate and transportation efficiency have been increased significantly, and the risk of operation safety has also been avoided. However, the original system has the disadvantage of poor self-locking effect, big noise and hydraulic impact, after a thorough observation of the whole process of hydraulic cleaning car, and doing a research about the principle of hydraulic system and the structure of hydraulic components, the balance circuit is adopted to optimize the original hydraulic cleaning system, which meets the requirements of practical production.
