摘要
某车辆调试时出现发热异常,超出理论计算范围。以事前质量控制的定量分析为依据,对可能导致发热的因素进行逐个分析,确定是马达自带的三通调速阀选型不合理所致,提出选型方案。对液压系统进行分析,去掉三通调速阀也能满足系统运行,故去掉此阀,发热正常,在计算范围内。从本次分析解决问题体会到液压工作者在设计时做好事前质量控制对事后质量控制的重要性,是事后质量控制的依据。保证使用的各项参数,避免制造后再更改之,从而减少成本及缩短工期。
The abnormal heat occurred and exceeded the theoretical calculation range when the inspection vehicle was debugged. Based on a quantitative analysis of the quality pre-control, the possible factors of heat were analyzed one by one to determine the reason comes from the unreasonable model of the three-way speed control valve of the motor. The selection scheme is proposed. By analysis of the hydraulic system, after removal of the three-way speed control valve, the system can run normally and the normal heating value was in the calculation range.
