延安地区菊芋的开发利用前景

Prospect of exploitation of Helianthus tuberosus in Yan’an

结合延安地区农业发展现状,指出了菊芋(Helianthus tuberosus L.)产业化发展中存在的问题,阐述了菊芋的栽培要点和开发利用前景,并提出促进延安地区菊芋产业化发展的建议和措施,以期为延安地区菊芋产业化种植提供依据.

Based on the current situation of agricultural development in yan’an region,the existing problems in industrialization development of Helianthus tuberosus L. were pointed out,the cultivation techniques and prospect of exploitation of Helianthus tuberosus L. were expounded.Meanwhile,suggestions and measures to promote the development and provide basis for industrial production of Helianthus tuberosus L. were put forward in Yan’an area.
