红光治疗对低分子肝素致皮下瘀血的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of red light on treatment of DVT subcutaneous ecchymosis caused by low molecular weight heparin

目的观察红光治疗对低分子肝素所致皮下瘀血的疗效。方法将54例低分子肝素所致皮下瘀血的患者分为两组,每组各27例。治疗组患者脐周瘀斑采用红光治疗,对照组则按传统冷敷方法治疗。比较两组患者脐周瘀斑消退及疼痛情况。结果治疗组患者皮下瘀斑消退效果优于对照组,疼痛缓解情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红光治疗无论在治疗皮下瘀血还是缓解疼痛方面都明显优于传统方法,红光治疗可提高护理质量,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To investigate the effects of red light on subcutaneous ecchymosis after injecting low molecular weight heparin. Methods 54 patients were allocated to observation group(27 cases) and control group(27 cases),who were subcutaneous ecchymosis after injecting low molecular weight heparin. The patients in observation were treated with red light therapy.In control group,the patients were treated with cold compress.The size of the subcutaneous ecchymosis and the pain NRS score on the 5 day were observed. Results Whether the size of ecchymosis or the pain score,observation group were better than control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Red light can treat subcutaneous ecchymosis and relieve pain,the effects are much better than traditional cold compress.
