正念减压改善支气管哮喘患者情绪和睡眠的临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察正念减压训练在改善支气管哮喘伴发焦虑、抑郁和睡眠障碍患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪和睡眠质量的临床效果。方法于2018年1月-2019年3月招募伴发情绪和睡眠障碍的哮喘患者78例为研究对象。采用SPSS随机方法将被试分为研究组和对照组,每组39例,研究过程中每组均各脱漏3例。对照组进行常规护理和随访,研究组在此基础上增加正念减压训练。分别于干预前后应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者的情绪状态,并应用失眠严重程度指数(ISI)量表评估患者睡眠情况。结果干预前两组SDS、SAS、ISI得分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。干预后,研究组SAS、SDS和ISI得分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论正念减压训练可改善支气管哮喘患者情绪状态和睡眠质量,值得临床应用和推广。 Objective To explore the effect of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction(MBSR) on improving anxiety, depression and sleep quality in patients with asthma accompanied by anxiety, depression and sleep disorder.Methods 78 asthma patients with emotional and sleep disorders were recruited from January 2018 to March 2019.The subjects were randomly divided into study group (n=39) and control group (n=39).In the course, there were 3 cases out off study in each group .The control group received routine nursing and treating,and the study group conducted MBSR.The emotional state of the patients was evaluated by the SAS, SDS, and ISI before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in SDS,SAS,ISI scores between the two groups before intervention.After intervention, the scores of SAS, SDS and ISI in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05).Conclusion MBSR can improve the emotional state and sleep quality of patients with asthma, which was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
