摘要
目的调查分析我国临床医学MOOC课程的应用现状和存在问题。方法通过自制临床医学类MOOC课程状况调查表,选取国内开设临床医学类MOOC课程的7个平台及其所开设的临床医学类MOOC课程进行现状调查及分析。结果截止2018年10月,调查的7个MOOC平台共发布临床医学类MOOC课程360门,共有22所国内主要医学类高校参与课程的发布。临床医学类MOOC课程几乎涵盖临床医学类的各个亚专业,其中发布课程最多的前5名临床专业分别为内科学(136门)、外科学(84门)、妇产科学(24门)、儿科学(21门)、康复医学(14门)。开设周数为2~37周,开设学时数为4~74学时。主讲教师博士学历占95.3%,正高级职称占76.3%。在所有课程中仅有34.7%课程设有互动讨论版块,讨论回复率低。结论我国临床医学MOOC教学模式的应用发展迅速,但仍处于起步阶段。还须建立医学类专属的MOOC联盟,制定统一的临床医学类MOOC课程的核准和认证标准,加强专业的MOOC教师团队建设和培训,从而促进MOOC教学模式在我国临床医学教育中的可持续发展。
Objective To investigate and analyze the current state and existing problems of MOOC in clinical medical teaching in China. Method A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the current state of 7 MOOC platforms and their MOOCs for clinical medicine education. Results By the end of October 2018,360 MOOCs of clinical medicine education published by 22 medical colleges were identified in 7 domestic MOOC platforms.These MOOCs almost covered all the clinical medical sub-specialties.The top five sub-specialties in terms of the number of courses were Internal Medicine (136),Surgery (84),Gynemetrics (24),Paediatrics (21),and Rehabilitation Medicine (14).Course length ranged from 2 to 37 weeks,with course period from 4 to74 hours.The chief lecturers with doctoral degree accounted for 95.3%,and those with senior professional title accounted for 76.3%.However,response rates of discussion for MOOCs were low,and discussion sections were set up only in 34.7% of courses. Conclusion Although the application of MOOC in clinical medical teaching develops fast,it's still in the early stage.It is advised to set up MOOC producing consortium for clinical medical teaching with uniform permit and certification standards in China,and enhance the construction and training of professional MOOC teaching team,in order to promote the sustainable development of MOOC in clinical medical teaching in China.
