非标准化答案考核在医学教育中的探索和应用

Exploration and application of non-standardized answer assessment in medical education

在传统医学教育中,教学考核主要为标准化答案考核。但是,随着对医学教育的探索逐渐深入,标准化答案考核的弊端逐渐暴露出来。非标准化答案考核是指考核标准不同于标准化答案考核的考核方式,侧重考察学生的综合能力。相比于标准化答案考核,非标准化答案考核的优势主要在于提高课程教育质量、提高课程考察效果、提升学生综合能力。文章基于四川大学医学教育非标准化答案考核改革经验,阐述其在医学教育中的探索和应用。

In traditional medical education,the major teaching assessment is standardized answer assessment.However,with the deepening of the exploration of medical education,the drawbacks of standardized answer assessment are gradually exposed.Non-standardized answer assessment refers to the assessment method that is different from the standardized answer assessment on assessment standards,focusing on the comprehensive ability of students.Compared with the standardized answer assessment,non-standardized answer assessment can improve the quality of course education,promote the effectiveness of curriculum inspection,and improve students' comprehensive ability.Based on the reform experience of non-standardized answer assessment of medical education in Sichuan University,this paper expounds its exploration and application in medical education.
