摘要
为提高急诊规培教学效果,针对目前普遍存在重知识、重操作技能培养而轻医患沟通技能培养的弊端,西安交通大学第一附属医院急诊科通过合理安排培训内容、采用科学教学方法,加强压力情景中的医患沟通(包括告知坏消息与掌控过激行为)技能的培训,使得急诊科医师的沟通技能显著提高,从而更好地为患者服务。
To improve the teaching effect of the standardized resident training in emergency department and aiming at current problems of paying attention to knowledge and operating skills rather than cultivation of doctor-patient communication skills,we have developed a unique training curriculum,adopted some scientific training methods and strengthen cultivation of good doctor-patient communication skills of breaking bad news and dealing with violence and aggression in our department to promote these communication skills and skills for better training and better patient service.
