精神医学专业培养的思考与建议

Consideration and suggestions to the psychiatric specialty training

精神医学专业是临床医学专业下的特设专业之一,因专业特点,其培养模式与其他医学专业存在差异,在课程设置方面存在医学课程与精神医学专业课程之间的矛盾。结合教学实践,文章提出整合医学课程、合理构建精神医学专业课程体系、重视精神医学实践教学、重视精神医学"早临床"、加强精神医学职业认同教育、重视教学方法改革等针对性建议,以期为相应的教学改革提供参考。

Psychiatric specialty is one of the special specialties in the major of clinical medicine specialty.Because of its characteristics,the training mode of psychiatric specialty is different from other medical specialties,and conflicts exist between medical course and psychiatric specialty course in terms of curriculum provision.Combining the teaching practice,this paper puts forward suggestions such as integrating medical courses,reasonably constructing curriculum system for psychiatric specialty,emphasizing on practical teaching of psychiatry,highlighting students' clinical practice in psychiatry,enhancing education of professional identity in psychiatry as well as paying attention to teaching method reform,in order to provide reference for teaching reform.
