摘要
针对饲料在配料过程中存在员工操作不规范、称重效率低等问题,设计了饲料自动配料控制系统。该系统包括欧姆龙CP1H系列PLC、TPC7062TX触摸屏、梅特勒-托利多IND560称重仪表等。作为配料系统控制核心的PLC,通过串口通信单元实现了与称重仪表的RS-232C通信,实时接收称重仪表发送的配料数据,据此对配料过程进行控制;在触摸屏中实现配料监视、设置饲料配方、报警提示等功能。饲料自动配料控制系统已稳定运行于牲畜饲料加工生产线中。
In view of the problem that the feed weighing operation is not standardized and the weighing efficiency is low in the batching process,the feed automatic batching control system is designed. The system includes OMRON CP1H series PLC,TPC7062TX touch screen,METTLER TOLEDO IND560 weighing instrument and so on. As the control core of the batching system,PLC realizes the RS-232C communication with the weighing instrument through the serial communication unit,and receives the batching data sent by the weighing instrument in real time,and controls the batching process accordingly. In the touch screen,the functions of ingredient monitoring,setting feed formula,alarm prompt,etc. are realized. The feed automatic batching control system has been stably operated in the livestock feed processing production line.
