超声波焊接技术因具有焊接速度快,焊接性能好等优点已广泛应用于木塑复合材料的连接工艺中。综述了超声波焊接在各种木塑材料中的应用及其性能研究,并对超声焊接中的材料以及参数对焊接性能的影响进行了全面的阐述。

Ultrasonic welding technology had been widely used in the joining process of wood-plastic composites owing to the advantages of fast welding speed and excellent performance.In this paper,the research of ultrasonic welding technology in the joining of various wood-plastic composites materials and its performance were summarized,and the effects of properties of material and process parameters of ultrasonic welding on welding performance were comprehensively analyzed and concluded.
