再生聚丙烯塑料的检测技术进展研究

The Progress Study on Recycled Polypropylene Plastics and Its Detection Technology

简述再生聚丙烯塑料的内容、分类和生产工艺,针对国内再生聚丙烯塑料的生产现状,分析再生聚丙烯塑料进入餐饮领域存在的隐患。再生聚丙烯塑料检测技术是分析降解氧化程度、残留低分子量和混合其他聚合物,但再生聚丙烯塑料因未除去有害物质,添加毒性助剂以及存留内容物,使其应用安全性降低。为保障食品安全,应该杜绝再生聚丙烯塑料用于医疗食品的包装材料生产,并探讨再生聚丙烯塑料的检测方法。因此,检测技术分析可以明确再生聚丙烯塑料的应用范围及实现其自身价值的情况下,提高其使用安全性。

The paper briefly introduced the classification and production technology of recycled polypropylene plastics.The hidden dangers of recycled polypropylene plastics entering the catering field were analyzed according to the production status of recycled polypropylene plastics in China.The detection technology of recycled polypropylene plastics was used to analyze the degree of degradation and oxidation,residual low molecular weight and mixed other polymers.However,the application safety of recycled polypropylene plastics was reduced due to the removing harmful substances,adding toxic additives and retained contents.In order to ensure food safety,recycled polypropylene plastics should not be used in the production of medical food packaging materials,and the detection methods of recycled polypropylene plastics should be discussed.Therefore,the analysis of detection technology can make clear the application scope of recycled polypropylene plastics and realize its own value,so as to improve its application safety.
