磷系阻燃剂对聚醚/聚酯型TPU的阻燃性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 选用两种常用的磷系阻燃剂聚磷酸铵(APP)和次磷酸铝(AHP)按不同添加量分别加入到两种热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)中,通过熔融共混制得阻燃TPU体系,并探究APP和AHP对两种TPU的阻燃性能、热稳定性及力学性能的影响。结果发现,APP与聚醚型TPU(M-TPU)更匹配,AHP与聚酯型TPU(Z-TPU)更匹配。加入10%APP可使M-TPU的极限氧指数(LOI)从21.6%提高到27.4%,加入10%AHP可使Z-TPU的LOI从21.3%提高到28.7%,UL94均为V-0等级且燃烧后的残炭量明显增加,炭层强度提高。 Two commonly used phosphorus flame retardants ammonium polyphosphate(APP)and aluminium hypophosphite(AHP)were added into two types of thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)with different addition amounts,and the flame retardant TPU system was prepared by melt blending.The effects of APP and AHP on the flame retardancy,thermal stability and mechanical properties of two types of TPU were investigated.The results show that APP and the polyether type of TPU(M-TPU)are more matched,and AHP and the polyester type of TPU(Z-TPU)are more matched.With the addition of 10%APP,the LOI of M-TPU could increase from 21.6%to 27.4%.And with the addition of 10%AHP,the LOI of Z-TPU could increase from 21.3%to 28.7%.UL94 are both V-0.Meanwhile,the amounts of carbon residue after combustion could increase obviously and the strength of the carbon layer could increase.
