黄芪多糖对种鸽新城疫抗体消长变化的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为研究不同黄芪多糖(APS)添加量对种鸽新城疫(ND)血凝抑制(HI)抗体消长及对其哺喂乳鸽母源抗体持续期的影响,试验选取白羽王种鸽900对,随机分为3组,每组300对,试验前各组种鸽接受ND灭活苗加强免疫一次。试验Ⅰ组每只饮水中添加APS3mg/d,Ⅱ组每只饮水中添加5mg/d;每月2次连续饮水5d,间隔10d;试验共计5个月并连续测定种鸽和哺喂乳鸽ND-HI抗体。试验结果表明:种鸽在免疫后连续5个月内,Ⅱ组种鸽和乳鸽ND-HI抗体均高于其余2组,Ⅱ组种鸽抗体较对照组在免疫后第3、4、5个月分别提高了8.9%(P<0.05)、9.5%(P<0.01)和19%(P<0.01),Ⅰ组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组种鸽哺喂的14日龄乳鸽抗体较对照组在第3、4、5个月分别提高了20.9%(P<0.05)、31.6%(P<0.01)和108.7%(P<0.01),Ⅰ组乳鸽抗体较对照组乳鸽在第5个月提高了60.9%(P<0.01)。综合母鸽和乳鸽ND-HI抗体的消长变化,证明母鸽ND-HI抗体消长与乳鸽ND-HI抗体消长呈正相关,APS可提高种鸽ND-HI抗体水平,并延长其自身和哺喂14日龄乳鸽免疫保护持续期。综上,种鸽饮水中添加5mg/d的APS,连续5d每月2次,可保证种鸽4个月高ND-HI抗体(≥8log2)持续期,其哺喂的乳鸽14d抗体也在保护临界值内(≥5log2)。 The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Astraglus polysaccharides (APS) supplement on hemagglutination inhibition (HI) antibody levels against Newcastle disease (ND) in breeding pigeons and their squabs. A total of 900 pairs of white-feather king pigeons were randomly divided into 3 groups with 300 pairs in each group.Each group was boosted once with inactivated ND vaccine before the experiment. The group Ⅰ was given APS 3 mg/d in drink water twice a month for 5 consecutive days with an interval of 10 days.The group Ⅱwas given APS 5 mg/d in the same way as for group I,and no APS was given to the control group. The trial lasted for 5 months,and ND-HI antibody of breeding pigeons and their young pigeons was determined monthly. The results showed that ND-HI antibody titers in breeding pigeons and their squabs of group Ⅱ were higher than other two groups. ND-HI antibody titers in breeding pigeons of group Ⅱ were higher 8.9%(P<0.05),9.5%(P<0.01) and 19%(P<0.01) than control group respectively in the third,fourth and fifth months after immunization. There was no significant difference between group Ⅰ and control group(P>0.05). ND-HI antibody titers in feeding pigeon of group Ⅱ were higher 20.9%(P<0.05),31.6%(P<0.01) and 108.7%(P<0.01) than control group respectively in the third, fourth and fifth months. The HI titers in group Ⅰ were higher 60.9%(P<0.01) than control group in the fifth month. These results showed apositive correlation in ND-HI antibody change between breeding pigeons and young pigeons. The ND-HI antibody were increased and the duration of immune protection was prolonged by giving APS. Therefore,adding 5 mg/d of APS in drinking water to breeding pigeons,twice a month for 5 consecutive days,could offer a duration of ND-HI antibody(≥8 log2) in breeding pigeons for 4 months, meanwhile the maternal antibody of their squabs could stay within the protective threshold(≥5 log2).
