摘要
文章旨在比较不同磷源对黄颡鱼生长、体组成和营养物质表观消化率影响。在基础饲料中(设计添加磷4g)分别添加16.7g磷酸一钠(MSP;NaH2PO4)、17.6g磷酸一钙(MCP;Ca(H2PO4)2)和15.4g磷酸一铵(MAP;NH4H2PO4),配制4种等氮(粗蛋白质43.4%)等能(粗脂肪21.2%)的试验饲料,饲喂初始均重为(29.40±0.15)g的黄颡鱼幼鱼56d。每种饲料设置3个重复,每个重复放鱼30尾。结果表明,试验对黄颡鱼成活率未产生影响。MSP组和MCP组的增重率、特定生长率和饲料效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。MSP组和MCP组的粗灰分和总磷表观消化率显著高于对照和MAP组(P<0.05),对照组和MAP组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。黄颡鱼对MSP、MCP、MAP的利用率依次为30.97%、27.54%和17.40%。因此,MSP和MCP可作为黄颡鱼(8~22g)饲料的无机磷源,而MAP不适宜。
This study aims to evaluate the effect of different sources of phosphate,monosodium phosphate(MSP), monocalcium phosphate(MCP)and monoammonium phosphate(MAP),included in a diet for Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,on growth performance,body composition and nutrient apparent digestibility of Juvenile Pelteobagrus fulvidraco;with an initial weight of 8 g were fed for 56 days.Four experimental diets:basal diet containing 434 g kg-1 protein,212 g kg-1 lipids and 6.7 g kg-1 total phosphorus(P)(Control),and three experimental diets consisting in the basal diet plus 4 g P kg-1 from MSP, MCP and MAP,respectively.The results showed as follows:MSP and MCP groups obtained significantly higher weight gain rate,specific growth rate and feed efficient compared with control groups(P < 0.05).3)The apparent digestibility of ash and total phosphorus of MSP and MCP groups was significantly higher than that of control and MAP groups(P < 0.05),but no significant differences were observed between control and MAP groups(P > 0.05).The utilization of MSP,MCP and MAP of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco was 30.97%,27.54% and 17.40%,respectively.In conclusion,MSP and MCP can be used as phosphorous sources in the diet of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco(body weight is 8 to 22 g),while the MAP is unsuitable.
