财务管理是企业内部管理的关键内容,财务管理的质量直接关系到企业的正常运营和发展。而受到畜牧业发展瓶颈和供求关系的影响,诸多饲料企业在飞速发展的同时,也在财务管理方面有更加具体的体现。因此,本文主要在对企业财务精细化管理相关内容进行分析的基础上,结合饲料企业相关特点,对其构建财务精细化管理体系过程中存在的问题提出解决对策,希望可以进一步优化内部管理质量,有效规避生产经营中的财务风险,助推饲料企业的可持续发展。

Financial management is the key content of enterprise internal management.The quality of financial management is directly related to the normal operation and development of enterprises.Influenced by the bottleneck of the development of animal husbandry industry and the relationship between supply and demand,many feed enterprises have achieved rapid development,but at the same time,they also have more specific manifestations in financial management. Therefore,based on the analysis of the related contents of enterprise financial fine management and the characteristics of feed enterprises,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the process of constructing the financial fine management system.It is hoped that the quality of internal management can be further optimized,so as to effectively avoid the financial risks in production and operation and promote the sustainable development of feed enterprises.
