我国内陆自由贸易港建设探索

Exploration on the Construction of China’s Inland Free Trade Port

党的十九大提出“探索建设自由贸易港”,充分显示出建设自由贸易港已经成为我国未来几年重大的战略经济决策,内陆自贸试验区向“内陆自由贸易港”升级是大势所趋。虽然目前我国自贸区建设取得了一定成绩,但是对于内陆地区来说,自贸区建设还存在市场环境不完善、对外开放水平不高、物流成本仍然偏高、管理不够完善等问题,只有真正转变政府职能、加强资源配置能力建设并且不断探索离岸业务,才能推动我国内陆自由贸易港健康发展。

The Party's 19th Congress proposed the "Exploration and Construction of Free Trade Ports", the inland free trade trial zone has been upgraded to "the inland free trade port" as the trend of the times. Although some achievements have been made in the construction of China's free trade zone, there are still some problems in the construction of free trade zone for inland areas, such as imperfect market environment, low level of opening up, high logistics cost and imperfect management. Only by truly changing government functions, strengthening the capacity building of resource allocation and continuously exploring offshore business can we promote the healthy development of China's inland free trade ports.
