On the Upcoming Credit Physiology

在社会生活中,人们经常要做出"诚信"或"失信"决定。以往对人们做此类决定的机理及产生的行为后果的研究局限于社会科学方法,随着多国的脑科学研究计划实施,以及神经生物学和遗传学研究的进展,多个自然科学学科的研究触角已经延伸到了"诚信道德"和"社会信任"范畴,行为心理学也深度参与其中。科学家从人体生理结构和神经反应的角度,解释人做"诚信"或"失信"决定的生理过程。为了让人总能自觉地做出"诚信"决定,产生"诚信"行为举止,科学家已经用摄入激素调谐方法做了大量人体实验。在灵长类动物大脑植入刺激电极或人工智能芯片的临床试验,也取得了明显进展。用生物学和生理学方法改进心理治疗,完善行为经济学理论,正在探索实践中。因此,上述领域的科学研究延伸至信控领域,并为信用生理学奠基,几乎是必然的。依据理论构建方法论,力图对即将问世的信用生理学给出定义和理论框架,并简述相关研究的伦理和法律约束。

In social life,people often make"integrity"or"dis-integrity"decisions and the previous studies on the mechanism of making such decisions and the resulting behavioral consequences are limited to social science methods.With the implementation of brain science research programs in many countries and the advances in neurobiology and genetics researches,the research scopes of many natural science disciplines have extended to the categories of"integrity morality"and"social trust",and behavioral psychology is also deeply involved. Scientists explain the physiological process of people making"integrity"or"dis-integrity"from the perspectives of physiological structure and neural response of human beings.Scientists have conducted many human experimentations by tuning the intake of hormones.Significant progresses have been made in the clinical trials of implanting stimulating electrodes or artificial intelligence chips in the brains of primates.It is being explored in practice to improve psychotherapy and the theory of behavioral economics by biological and physiological methods.Therefore,it is almost inevitable that the scientific researches in the above fields extend to the field of credit control and lay the foundation for the birth of"credit physiology".Based on the methodology of theoretical construction,this article tries to provide a definition and theoretical framework for the upcoming credit physiology and briefly discusses the ethical and legal constraints of relevant studies.
