Research on Credit Rating Model of Urban and Rural Planning Industry

基于城乡规划行业的特点,深入挖掘信用管理需求,以规划项目为主线,创新性地将项目成果质量与信用主体挂钩,遵循"可量化、精细化、可修复"的理念,制定出项目成果质量定档得分的计分规则,从诚信度、合规度和践约度三个维度入手,构建"分类评价、分数设限、由点及面、滚动计算"的动态信用评级模型。

Based on the characteristics of urban and rural planning authorized strength industry,by digging deeper into the credit management needs,by taking the planning projects as the main line of innovatively linking the project quality with credit subjects,this paper designs scoring rules based on gearing and scoring according to the quality of results,and builds a"quantifiable,refinement-based,repairable dynamic credit rating model" from three dimensions,i.e.the integrity,compliance and extent of keeping a promise.
