文献计量学视角下高校图书馆馆员的学术年龄探析——以南京医科大学图书馆为例

Analysis on Academic Age of University Librarians from the Perspective of Bibliometrics:Taking the Library of Nanjing Medical University as an Example

采用文献计量学方法,以中文期刊收录论文为数据来源,统计了南京医科大学图书馆馆员的发文量和学术年龄,分析了馆员学术年龄和发文量的关系,指出高校图书馆员的学术年龄受科研意识、职称评定、师承关系和科研合作等因素的影响。

Taking collected papers in Chinese journals as data source,this paper makes a statistics for number of published papers and academic age of Nanjing Medical University librarians by using the method of bibliometrics,analyzes their relationship,points out that academic age of university librarians is affected by the scientific research consciousness,title assess ment,succession relation,and scientific research cooperation.
