CT冠状动脉造影与超声对成人真性室间隔膜部瘤诊断的对比研究

Comparative study of coronary CT angiography and echocardiography in the diagnosis of adult true aneurysm of the membranous ventricular septum

目的对比冠状动脉血管造影与超声影像检查对成人真性室间隔膜部瘤(AMS)的诊断价值。方法收集2016年6月~2018年10月9例真性室间隔膜部瘤成人患者的CT影像及超声心动图检查资料,分析总结两者对真性AMS的诊断价值。结果CT冠脉造影和超声影像检查对成人真性AMS都具有很高的确诊率,两种检查方法获得相同诊断结果,其中1型6例,2型1例,3型2例,其中9例患者中有1例在超声心动图检查过程中首诊医生不能明确诊断,均由两名主任医师会诊确诊。所有结果均得到手术证实。结论熟练掌握CT心脏冠状动脉血管造影及超声影像对成人真性AMS的影像表现,可明确诊断真性AMS,两种检查各有优缺点,两两结合,对临床诊治有较大价值。

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of coronary CT angiography (CTA) and echocardiography (US) in true aneurysm of the membranous ventricular septum (AMS) in adults. Methods The CTA and US of 9 patients with true AMS from June 2016 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Both CTA and US had the same high accurate diagnostic rates for true AMS (6 type Ⅰ,1 type Ⅱ,2 type Ⅲ). Definite diagnosis was not made in 1/9 patients initially and was later confirmed by two experienced US physicians in consultation. All cases were confirmed by surgery. Conclusion Both CTA and US are valuable in the diagnosis of true AMS.
