摘要
利用变温陈化法合成球型SAPO-34分子筛,对其进行了XRD和SEM表征,并考察了其在甲醇制烯烃(MTO)反应中的催化性能。结果表明:合成的分子筛颗粒的平均大小为10μm,是由数个平均晶粒大小约为600nm的SAPO-34晶体聚集而成;在最佳反应条件催化剂装量0.5g、反应温度450~500℃、水醇质量比1、甲醇空速0.1mL/(g/min)下,该催化剂的甲醇的转化率可达95%,且乙烯+丙烯的选择性可达76%。
A spherical SAPO-34 molecular sieve was synthesized by temperature-varying aging method and characterized by SEM and XRD, and its catalytic performance in methanol to olefin (MTO) reaction was investigated. The results indicated that the particle of the synthesized molecular sieve had an average size of 10 μm and was aggregated from several SAPO-34 crystals having an average grain size of about 600 nm, and over this catalyst, the conversion of methanol could reach 95% with a ethylene+propylene selectivity up to 76% under the optimal reaction conditions: catalyst loading of 0.5 g, reaction temperature of 450-500℃, water-alcohol mass ratio of 1, methanol space velocity of 0.1 mL/(g/min).
