维生素D2辅助治疗儿童社区获得性肺炎的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY OF VITAMIN D2 IN ADJUVANT TREATMENT OF COMMUNITY ACQUIRED PNEUMONIA IN CHILDREN

目的:观察维生素D2辅助治疗儿童社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床效果。方法:120例CAP患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例患儿,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上肌肉注射维生素D2。治疗7d后,比较两组患儿治疗总有效率、感染症状(咳嗽、肺部啰音、退热)缓解时间及住院时间;采用ELISA法,分别检测患儿治疗前后血清25-(OH)D3含量及炎性细胞因子(TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8)的含量。结果:与对照组患儿相比,观察组患儿治疗后感染症状(咳嗽、肺部啰音消失、退热)缓解时间、住院时间明显缩短,治疗总有效率、血清25-(OH)D3含量明显提高,各炎性因子的含量明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:维生素D2对CAP患儿具有辅助治疗作用,其机制可能与降低炎性因子的含量有关。

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of vitamin D2 in adjuvant treatment of community acquired pneumonia(CAP) in children. Methods: 120 CAP children were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases). The children in control group were treated with conventional therapy;on this basis, the children in observation group were also given intramuscular injection of Vitamin D2. After 7 d treatment, the total effective rate, remission time of infection symptoms(cough, lung rale, fever abatement) and hospital stay of children in 2 groups were compared. And ELISA was used to detect the serum 25-(OH)D3 and inflammatory factor(TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8) content of all the children before and after treatment. Results: Compared with children in the control group, after treatment, the remission time of infection symptoms(cough, lung rale, fever abatement) and hospital stay of observation group significantly shortened, the total effective rate and serum 25-(OH)D3 significantly increased, the serum inflammatory factor(TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8) content significantly decreased(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusions: Vitamin D2 has adjuvant therapeutic effects on CAP children, and the mechanisms may be related to reducing the content of inflammatory factors.
