Intercultural Form of Overseas Local Chinese Medicine ——A Case Study of Constitution / Condition Acupuncture

中医药在跨文化传通中与受众当地文化互动,产生了"文化间性"形态的"海外本土中医"。文章以其典型代表"体质/状态针灸"为例,通过田野案例呈现临床治疗活动及相关的医学理论,比较其与中国中医本体的差异,探讨其理论来源、知识生产过程,一窥"海外本土中医"的文化间性形态及形成原因,并讨论"海外本土中医"在中医药跨文化传通中的相关意义。

The interaction between traditional Chinese medicine and the local culture in the process of cross-cultural communication has formed the "overseas local Chinese medicine" in an intercultural form. Through the field case of the "constitution/condition acupuncture"-a typical example of overseas local Chinese medicine, this paper presents the clinical therapeutic activities and related medical theories, compares overseas local Chinese medicine with traditional Chinese medicine to explore its theoretical sources and knowledge production process, so as to have a better understanding of the intercultural form and the causes of overseas local Chinese medicine, as well as its significance in the cross-cultural communication of traditional Chinese medicine.
