摘要
新生儿气胸( neonatal pneumothorax)是新生儿常见急重症之一,该病起病急、发展快,处理不及时可危及生命.因此早期准确诊断气胸并给予及时地干预具有重要临床意义.肺超声( lung ultrasound)在诊断肺部疾病方面独具优势、实时便捷,敏感性和特异性较高,是目前能够可视化评估气胸的前沿医学技术.
Neonatal pneumothorax is one of the common acute and severe diseases in newborns.Neonatal pneumothorax is of acute onset, fast progress, and can be life-threatening if not handled timely.Therefore, early and accurate diagnosis of pneumothorax and timely intervention are important.Lung ultrasound has a unique advantage in the diagnosis of pulmonary diseases, real-time convenience, high sensitivity and specificity.It is the frontier medical technology that can visually evaluate pneumothorax.
