摘要
通过晶间腐蚀、剥落腐蚀、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、透射电镜(TEM)等手段对经过不同量预拉伸处理后的2A97铝锂合金板材腐蚀性能和合金的组织形貌变化进行研究表明,2A97铝锂合金的腐蚀敏感性与时效前的预拉伸变形密切相关。在双级时效工艺下,随预拉伸量增大,合金由明显的晶间腐蚀转为点蚀,且点蚀深度逐渐增大,合金耐剥蚀性能得到较大提高,剥落腐蚀等级由ED级转为EB级。人工时效前的预拉伸变形促进了T1相在晶内的析出,降低了合金晶间腐蚀和剥落腐蚀的敏感性,改善了合金的腐蚀性能。
Effect of presaged stretch on corrosion behavior and microstructure of 2A97 Al-Li alloy plate were studied by intergranular corrosion、exfoliation corrosion testing、electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the corrosion sensitivity is closely related to the pre-stretching deformation of 2A97 Al-Li alloy. Under the duplex aging process, with the increase of presaged stretch, the depth of intergranular corrosion decreases and finally changes to point corrosion. The exfoliation corrosion level changes to EB level from ED level. The distribution of T1 phase is increased in the grains after the pre-stretching process, the variation of T1 phase in the grain boundary is reduced, and consequently the corrosion resistance is improved.
