摘要
选用拜耳聚氨酯Desmopan2590A(TPU1)和巴斯夫聚氨酯2180A10(TPU2)两种不同类型弹性聚合物材料作为弹性组分,与刚性组分聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺(Nomex)进行纺丝实验,探讨了不同类型聚氨酯材料分子结构、分子链硬度以及与Nomex界面间相容性对螺旋纤维形成的影响。本研究发现拜耳聚氨酯TPU1属于聚酯型聚氨酯,其内部含有大量极性大的酯基,易与Nomex之间形成氢键,使Nomex/TPU两溶液界面间有一定的相容性。
In this study, Bayer polyurethane Desmo-pan2590 A(referred to as TPU1) and Basf polyurethane 2180 A10(referred to as TPU2) were both chosen as the elastic components, and Nomex as rigid component, to do spinning experiment. Influences of polyurethane molecular structure, molecular chain rigidity and the interface compatibility between the elastic and rigid components on the helical fiber formation were discussed. It is found that polyurethane TPU1 belong to the type of polyester polyurethane, which can easily form hydrogen bonds with Nomex, exhibiting certain compatibility between the Nomex/TPU solution.
