摘要 为了安全有效销毁油气井测井过程中淘汰、报废、过期、哑炮等原因产生的废旧火工器材,应通过具有资质和技术实力的单位,进行集中收集。利用专用、模拟设施,采用爆炸和焚烧双效方法,分门别类进行销毁则显得更加绿色环保、安全可靠,也完全符合当今社会打造绿色能源开发的理念,而且集中安全销毁也是建立资源节约型和环境友好型文明发展之路的必要行径。比如:废旧起爆器置于模拟销毁井内,采用爆炸法销毁彻底、安全可靠、无毒无害无污染。如果对其粗狂爆炸处理,处置地域分散,监管手段不利,则处置效果不好把控;如果不及时集中安全销毁,无论对社会、单位、个人来说都存在极大的安全隐患。因此根据不同器材属性选择合理的销毁方案是涉爆企业面临的一个重大课题。 In order to safely and effectively destroy the scrap explosive devices from the elimination,scrap,expiration and dumb gun during the logging process of oil and gas wells,centralized collection was carried out through qualified and technological units.Special simulated facilities and a dual-effect method by explosion and incineration were employed.Classifying destruction is more green,safe and reliable.It is also fully in line with the concept of building green energy development in today′s society.Moreover,centralized safe destruction is also the necessary way to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly civilization.For instance,it is safe,reliable,non-toxic and pollution-free by using the explosion method under the condition that the waste detonator is placed in the simulated destruction well.If a crude explosion processing method is adopted,it will be difficult to control the disposal effect due to dispersive disposal area and adverse regulatory measures.If a safe centralized destruction is not in time,there will be great potential safety hazards for the society,units and individuals.Therefore,it is a major task for explosive enterprises to select reasonable destruction schemes according to different equipment properties.
