摘要 我国爆炸危险物品安全管控难度大。为有效解决现有民用爆炸物品信息管理系统和烟花爆竹流向管理信息系统应用过程中存在的问题和不足,综合运用互联网、物联网及云计算,对现行民爆信息系统进行升级改造,同时研发了爆炸危险品示踪溯源安检子系统、全国爆破作业人员培训考核子系统、监管民警上岗训练子系统、电子雷管流向监控管理子系统、散装炸药流向信息安全监管子系统以及烟花爆竹流向管理子系统,构建了爆炸危险物品立体化动态管控系统。该系统的建立,可实现爆炸危险物品生产、储存、运输、使用、销毁的全流程动态管控机制,实现了爆炸危险物品全生命周期大数据管理、分析及运用。 It is very difficult to manage the explosives safely in China.In order to effectively solve the problems and shortcomings in the application of the existing civil explosive materials information management system and fireworks flow management information system,the current civil explosive information system was upgraded and reformed by using the Internet,Internet of Things and cloud computing.A three-dimensional dynamic management and control system of explosives was constructed and this system consisted of explosives′ tracer subsystem,traceability security inspection subsystem,national blasting worker training and assessment subsystem,supervision police on-the-job training subsystem,electronic detonator flow monitoring and management subsystem,bulk explosive flow information security monitoring subsystem and fireworks flow management subsystem.This system can establish the dynamic control mechanism of the whole process of production,storage,transportation,use and destruction of explosives,then realize the management,analysis and application of the whole life cycle of explosives.
