南京“老字号”企业现代转型的动力分析

摘要 在市场经济下,南京"老字号"企业的现代转型的动力源自政府、"老字号"协会、企业三者之间的共同作用。其中政府是动力保障,在政策与资金上给予支持,通过宏观调控对企业加以保护;"老字号"协会是动力支撑,提供学习交流平台和帮助企业推广品牌产品,并在挖掘传统文化工艺的基础上推动企业与市场接轨;企业是动力源泉,通过品牌管理和技术创新为企业现代转型提供原动力。三种动力都紧扣"老字号"企业的文化资本,建立多元协作机制,共同推动"老字号"企业向现代企业迈进。 Under the function of market economy,the motive force of the modern transformation of Nanjing's "old brand" enterprises comes from the joint action of the government,the "old brand" association and the enterprise. Among them,the government is the motive force guarantee,which gives the support in the policy and the fund,and protects the enterprise through the macro-control;the "old-brand" association is the motive power support,which provides the learning and exchange platform to help the enterprise promote the brand products,and promotes the integration of the enterprise and the market on the basis of developing the traditional culture technology;the enterprise is the source of power,which provides the motive force for the modern transformation of the enterprise through the brand management and technological innovation.All three kinds of motive forces are closely related to the cultural capital of the "old brand" enterprises,establish a pluralistic cooperation mechanism,and jointly promote the "old brand" enterprises to move forward to the modern enterprises.
