摘要
概念设计阶段车身结构可以看成由薄壁梁组成的空间框架结构,薄壁梁截面属性对车身的力学性能有重要影响。对于车身的正向概念设计,采用了薄壁传递矩阵法,基于Vlasov梁理论下的Kollbrunner-Hajdin假设,考虑了15个薄壁截面属性。为方便复杂薄壁截面的属性值计算,推导了属性计算方法,基于MATLAB的编程语言搭建了具有用户交互功能的薄壁截面属性计算平台(Graphical User Interface, GUI)。考虑主断面种类较多和管理不便,将数据计算平台和数据库管理系统关联,规范了主断面的命名形式。最后,将主断面属性计算管理平台用于某款真实车身上,来验证方法的可行性。
In the conceptual design stage, the automotive Body-In-White (BIW) can be regarded as a space frame structure composed of thin-walled beams. And the properties of the thin-walled beams have an important influence on the mechanical properties of the BIW. Based on the Kollbrunner-Hajdin hypothesis of Vlasov beam theory, the thin-walled beam transfer matrix method considering 15 cross-section properties is adopted for the forward conceptual design of the vehicle body in this paper. Then, to promote the efficiency of property calculation of arbitrary thin-walled cross-section, a GUI(Graphical User Interface)platform of property calculation based on MATLAB is developed. Additionally, as the variety of cross-section of the vehicle and the difficulty of management, the naming form of the cross-section is standardized and a database management system is developed. Lastly, the validity of this system is demonstrated by a benchmarking auto-body.
