一种晶硅切割废浆中回收聚乙二醇的再利用方法

摘要 利用从光伏太阳能行业晶硅切割废浆中回收的聚乙二醇制备聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯,然后进一步地将合成的聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯应用于洗涤剂和乳化液配方,对比洗涤剂常用非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO9)和乳化液常用原料失水山梨醇单油酸酯(Span-80),研究了聚乙二醇单月桂酸酯和聚乙二醇单油酸酯对产品性能的影响。结果表明:利用回收聚乙二醇合成的聚乙二醇单月桂酸酯代替AEO9应用于洗衣粉配方对产品去污性能略有影响,应用于洗洁精配方对产品的去油率与AEO9相当,添加聚乙二醇单月桂酸酯洗衣粉和洗洁精泡沫低、消泡快,产品更易漂洗,节水节能;利用回收聚乙二醇合成的聚乙二醇单油酸酯代替Span-80应用于乳化液配方对产品的乳化性能没有明显影响,可以应用于乳化液配方替代Span-80使用。 Polyethylene glycol fatty acid esters were prepared by using polyethylene glycol recovered from crystal silicon cutting waste slurry in photovoltaic solar industry,and then the polyethylene glycol fatty acid esters were applied to detergent and emulsifier formulas.Compared with fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO9)commonly used in detergent and sorbitan oleic acid monoester(Span-80)commonly used in emulsifier,the effects of polyethylene glycol lauric acid monoester and polyethylene glycolol oleic acid monoester on product performance were studied.The results show that the use of polyethylene glycol lauric acid monoester synthesized by recycled polyethylene glycol instead of AEO9 has slight effect on decontamination performance of the powder laundry detergent formula.The degreasing rate of product is equivalent to that of AEO9 in the dishwashing detergent formula.The powder laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent added polyethylene glycol lauric acid monoester has low foam and fast defoaming,is easier to rinse,saving water and energy.The use of polyethylene glycol oleic acid monoester synthesized by regenerated polyethylene glycol instead of Span-80 has no significant effect on emulsifying performance of the emulsifier formula,can be applied to emulsifier formula instead of Span-80.
