摘要
在协同理论的视角下,对有效构建高职后勤育人体系与模式的路径进行研究.协同理论的核心要义是通过在开放系统中建立起各内部之间的协同作用而使该开放体系逐步形成有序的结构.据此,根据高职院校内部治理结构,分析高职后勤育人的路径可围绕高职多部门协同制订后勤育人方案、对后勤部门科室工作开展目标管理、在知行统一下展开多层次文化育人、智慧后勤建设增强部门间协同效应等四个方面来构建.
This paper tries to study the effective path of constructing the education system and mode of logistic support in high vocational colleges from the perspective of synergy theory, whose core is to build up the synergetic effects among all the internal functional departments in the open system, so that the open system gradually forms an orderly structure. On this basis, according to the internal governing structure in higher vocational colleges, the paper analyzes the educational paths in higher vocational logistic support with reference to the development of logistics education program synergistically within multiple departments, carrying out the MBO in functional departments of logistic support departments, multi-level cultural education under the unification of cognition and practice, construction of intelligent logistic support to enhance the synergy between multiple functional departments, etc.
