我国人口老龄化趋势日益明显,完善居家养老服务已成为和谐社会建设亟需解决的问题.探讨一条由政府主导与社会化运作相结合的居家养老服务实践路径,即夯实养老服务基本平台、完善养老服务保障机制以及推动养老服务多元治理,形成富有特色的养老服务方式.

With the growing trend of population aging in China, improving the home care service has become an urgent problem to solve in the construction of a harmonious society. This paper attempts to explore a practical approach to home-based care services that combines government-led and social operations, such as improving the basic platform for aging pension services, enhancing the security mechanism for old-age services and promoting the mufti-governance of old-age services.
