摘要
现煤矿常用的超前支护方式分为架棚支护、单体支柱“π”型梁支护、超前液压支架支护,针对目前综采工作面超前支护面临操作复杂、工人劳动强度大等问题,本文以高阳煤矿21105工作面运输巷超前支护段采用超前注浆锚索加强支护以替代单体支柱支护形式,研究结果不仅可以指导本矿其他工作面超前支护,也可以在其他类似矿井推广使用.
Coal mine now commonly used forepole way into JiaPeng support, single prop “PI” beam support, advanced hydraulic support, based on the current advance of fully mechanized working face support face problems such as complicated operations, workers labor intensity, in this paper, gao Tang coal mine 21105 face transportation lane forepole section adopts advanced grouting anchor cable reinforcement to replace single prop supporting form, the results can not only guide the other mine working face advancing support, also can be used widely in other similar mines.
