摘要 文章介绍了芬顿试剂投加量对高浓度乳化液预处理效果的影响,主要分别研究了H2O2∶Fe2+摩尔比和COD∶ H2O2质量比对高浓度乳化液预处理效果的影响.研究结果表明H2O2∶Fe2+摩尔比为3∶1时,COD去除效果最好,COD∶ H2O2质量比为15∶1时,COD去除效果最好.高浓度乳化液芬顿预处理要求出水满足COD≤10000mg/L,当COD∶H2O2质量比为15∶1、20∶1和30∶1时,出水COD均能达到预处理要求标准,且30∶1时单位体积双氧水去除COD质量最多为9896g/L,处置成本最经济. This paper introduces the effect ofFenton reagent dosage on the pretreatment of high concentration emulsion which was introduced. The effects of mass ratio of COD:H2O2 and molar ratio of H2O2:Fe on the pretreatment of high concentration emulsion were studied. The results show that COD removal efficiency is the best when the molar ratio of Hf)2:Fe is 3:1, and COD removal efficiency is the best when the mass ratio of COD:H2O2 is 15:1. High concentration emulsified Fenton pretreatment requires that the effluent meet COD<10000 mg/L. When the mass ratio of COD:H2O2 is 15:1, 20:1 and 30:1, the effluent COD can meet the pretreatment requirement. At 30:1, the removal quality of COD by hydrogen peroxide per unit volume is up to 9896 g/L,and the cost of treatment is the most economical.
