摘要
为解决颗粒状催化剂反应床层阻力与压降大等问题,采用溶胶-浆液法在三种刚性基材(堇青石蜂窝陶瓷、金属蜂窝基、单晶硅片)表面涂覆ZSM-5活性涂层,依次考察基材表面预处理方式、混合浆料的表观粘度等因素对表面涂覆的影响.结果表明,单晶硅片与金属蜂窝基的临界涂覆量均为8.3%,堇青石蜂窝陶瓷的临界涂覆量为42%;由ZSM-5涂覆后基材的疏水性略微下降,吸附甲苯性能得到提高.
In order to solve the problem of the reaction bed pressure and pressure drop of the granular catalyst, coating ZSM-5 active coating on the surface of three rigid substrates (cordierite honeycomb ceramics, metal honeycomb substrates, monocrystalline silicon wafers) by sol-slurry method. The effects of factors such as the suiface pretreatment method of the substrate and the apparent viscosity of the mixed slurry on the surface coating were investigated in turn. The results show that the critical coating amount of single crystal silicon wafer and metal honeycomb substrate is 8.3%, the critical coating amount ofcordierite honeycomb ceramic is 42%;the hydrophobicity of the substrate after ZSM-5 coating is slightly decreased, adsorption Toluene performance is improved.
