某化工仓储项目职业病危害控制效果评价

Evaluation on Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in a Chemical Storage Project

目的:通过对某化工仓储项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,为建设单位完善职业病危害管理和防护设施提供参考.方法:采用现场调查法、检查表法、检测检验法等方法进行定性和定量评价.结果:该建设项目储运工艺过程中涉及苯等18种职业病危害因素,检测结果显示,除高温外,其浓度与强度均符合国家职业卫生标准;该项目职业健康监护结果显示,未发现职业禁忌症和疑似职业病人员.结论:该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,各职业病危害防护设施设置合理有效,化工物料储运过程中的有毒有害因素处于可控制范围之内.

Objective: By reference to a chemical warehouse project occupational hazards assessment,occupational hazardsfor the construction units to improve management and protection facilities.Methods: Using field investigation,examination table method,inspection and testing and other methods for qualitative and quantitative evaluation.Results: Storage and transportation process of the construction project involved 18 kinds of occupational hazards such as benzene,test results showed that the concentration and strength are in line with the national occupational health standards except for the high temperature.The results show that not finding any contraindications and suspected occupational staff.Conclusion: The project is a serious occupational hazardfor construction projects,each occupational hazard protection facilities set up reasonable and effective, chemical material handling process can be toxic and harmful factors within the control range.
