Discussion on Fatigue Life of Idler Wheel Shaft on Rocker Arm Shearer

本文主要通过建立与惰轮传动系统有关的力学模型来更好地分析惰轮轴载荷本身的特性,再运用自主的惰轮轴载荷系统来全面测试和采集数据,并在之后先针对切载割等最大载荷数据进行研究,来全面确定惰轮轴所产生的疲劳寿命.本文力争在为摇臂惰轮轴的载荷测试先提供新的方法,然后再全面研究采煤机摇臂载荷的力学性能.

In order to better analyse the load characteristics of the idler wheel axle,this paper mainly establishes the mechanical model related to the idler wheel transmission system,then uses the independent idler wheel axle load system to test and collect data comprehensively,and then studies the maximum load data such as load cutting,so as to determine the fatigue life of the idler -wheel axle comprehensively.
